Guarantee regulations
Conditions for extended manufacturer's warranty and guarantee
- Atera warrants to the end user that the original Atera product is free from defects in materials or workmanship.
- The warranty period is 3 years from the date of purchase of the product from the retailer (date of purchase receipt).
- Any product defect must be reported in writing to Atera or the seller (dealer) by the customer within the warranty period. The customer must hand over/send the defective Atera product to the seller (dealer) or Atera free of charge. The original invoice with the date of purchase must be enclosed.
- If the complaint is justified, the alleged defect will be remedied, at Atera's discretion, by repair or delivery of a new Atera product. The repaired or replaced Atera product will be sent to the customer free of charge.
This warranty also applies, to the extent and under the conditions described above, to a future owner of the product who can present the original proof of purchase.
- Claims under this guarantee only exist if
- the product does not show any damage or signs of wear caused by use that deviates from its normal purpose and the manufacturer's specifications;
- the product does not exhibit any features that indicate repairs or other interventions by unauthorized workshops;
- the serial number has not been removed, defaced or altered.
- This guarantee does not affect the customer's contractual or statutory rights against the respective seller.
- This guarantee is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany
